Slice of Brilliance: 4 Mesmerizing Balisong Moves!

The Y2K rollover is a power trick that involves throwing the knife towards you.

Start with the balisong in the same position as I am doing in the video.

Hold the bite handle while motioning the knife towards you.

Let the knife spin around your thumb and wait until it hits your fingers.

Then yank the knife back towards when the time is right.

Put it all together and there you go, your flashy but still generic opener.

Trick Number 2: The Fan Flip

The fan flip is a continuous trick that involves holding the bite handle and spinning the knife.

Hold the knife closed with the main blade facing towards you.

Hold the bite handle and motion the knife up.

Wait till the main blade and the other handle line up, and rotate the bite handle.

Motion the knife back down towards you for the finish!

Trick #3 Basic Opener and Closer

Start with the main blade facing towards you. 

Hold only the bite handle and fling the knife towards your thumb.

Fling it away from you and put your finger between the main blade and the handle. 

Fling it towards you and move your thumb out of the way to open.

Repeat these steps in reverse order to close, minus the last step.

Trick Number 4: Y2K > Icepick

Do the Y2k but let it spin until the blade hits your fingers.

Catch the bite handle while the knife is upside down.

The blade will be going away from you and hitting your fingers will send it back towards you.

Motion the blade back towards you and get your thumb out of the way then clamp the other handle.
